OFFER OF SCHOLARSHIPS BY THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2024/25 ACADEMIC YEAR.
The Russian Government through the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education is inviting applications from suitably qualified Sierra Leoneans wishing to pursue UNDERGRADUATE and POSTGRADUATE Courses in Russia under the tollowing fields of study : consult the fields below.
APPLICATION CRITERIA
Applicants for the Undergraduate Courses must not be more than 23 years of age; those for the Master’s Courses must not be above 35 years of age and not more than 40 years of age for PhD applicants.
Upload a study plan or research proposal of 500 words for postgraduate
Interested applicants must use the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education (MTHE) website (www.mthe.gov.sl) to apply
Completed application form with all supporting documents should be submitted to the same website on or before 24 September, 2023.

Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be contacted by the Ministry of Technical and Higher education for interview
No application fees is required from any APPLICANT.
